Return & Cancellation Policy

 

All orders are final sale once they have been picked up or delivered.

To ensure your satisfaction, please carefully inspect your bouquet at the time of pickup. For delivery orders, we will provide a photo of the completed bouquet before delivery.

Due to the handmade flowers, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available after an order has been fulfilled.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if we receive at least 12 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

Please note that PayPal processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible cancellation refund.

Refunds (Order Cancellations)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please that PayPal processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any eligible cancellation refund.
